I have a proven track record of securing exclusive representation assignments, negotiating complex transactions, and guiding clients through the full deal cycle from listing to closing.

As an investor and asset manager, I have assembled multiple private partnerships to acquire self-storage, retail, and industrial properties, consistently delivering above proforma returns for my partners-including year 2025 cash-on-cash returns exceeding 35% on all of our self-storage assets.
