Andrew’s passion for real estate started in 1987 when he became responsible for property management at a Fortune 500 retail company with over 4,500 locations with an additional 1,500 subleased properties. Most of the locations were purchased, constructed and then packaged in sale/leaseback transactions. In addition to property management he was involved in growth acquisitions with a market value in excess of $1bn, domestic securities offerings of $500mm and international private placements of $200mm.
In the last decade, Andrew expanded his real estate expertise to include developing client relationships with resort and second home community developers. This included acting as an advisor, creating and executing sales and marketing plans and managing the on-site sales teams. His clients come from diversified industries including bio-fuel, bio-technology, health care and consumer retail. He earned a BS in Accountancy from NAU and an advanced degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a multi-state real estate broker and a multi-state certified public accountant.
