Source: Colorado Real Estate Journal, August 21, 2024: A national housing development company acquired 22.5 acres for a new housing development. TTLC Thronton-Eastlak LLC, in care of the True Life Cos. bought the land, located at East 124th Avenue and Claude Court, from Lanbertson Transit Doodlebug LLC for $9.3 million in July. The parcel is split by Eastlake Avenue. The True Life Cos. plans to build 364 apartments and 167 townhomes on the parcel. Fuller Real Estate’s Bob Leino and Andrew Dodgen brokered the transaction.
