Safavi Holdings, LLC purchased the 9,466 sq. foot property at 245 S. Parkside Drive from B and B Technologies LLC. Fuller Real Estate’s Travis Wanger and Alex Scott represented the buyer. Mike Helwege and Parker Curry of Core Commercial represented the seller of the single-tenant office property.
