(Source: Colorado Real Estate Journal, June 2, 2021, p.. 10) Davey Tree Expert Co. leased the 5,280 sf building and 0.75 acre lot at 4601 Glencoe St. in Denver from landlord Haile Michael Gebre Michael. Drew MacDonald of Impax Real Estate Group represented the tenant, while Mark Fouts of Fuller Real Estate represented the landlord. The 1960’s asset features two dock-high doors, a ramped drive-in door, a fenced lot and I-2 zoning. Fuller representatives declined to release the tenant’s term length but said it will pay an effective rent of $16.50 per sf under a double-net lease, which commenced May 1.
