Light Lounge, a pain control clinic that uses medical-grade laser and LED devices to target specific injuries, leased 2,552 sf of office space at 10146 W. San Juan Way in Littleton from landlord Sagewood II LLC. Ellory Read of Benchmark Commercial represented the tenant, while Mike Haley and John Becker of Fuller Real Estate represented the landlord in negotiations. Accordingly to Haley, the Fuller team began marketing the space, previously occupied by a yoga studio, for lease in mid-2020. He said it garnered significant tenant interest from a variety of users. Haley declined to release the terms of the tenant’s agreement but said the lease brings the property’s occupancy to 100%. Tenants at the property include a training facility and an orthodontics office, among others. The landlord will contribute to a tenant finish plan, and the tenant will occupy at the end of the summer, following improvements.
