Denver-based Enthalpy Energy Services, an engineering consulting services company, leased 3,862 square feet of office space at Revere Place, the 48,314 sf office building at 6551 S. Revere Parkway in Centennial. The tenant signed a lease agreement with landlord Revere Place LLC. David Gagliano of Fuller Real Estate represented the landlord, while Exit Realty represented the tenant. According to Gagliano, the space was listed at the beginning of the year and saw significant tenant interest due to its suburban location, sample amount of parking and landlord flexibility to facilitate tenant tenant improvements. Post-COVID-10, Gagliano said he is seeing a trend toward leasing instead of buying, which also contributed to a high demand in the property. He said the tenant is expanding from its downtown Denver location. The space will undergo some build-out before the tenant occupies, with individual, enclosed offices being put in to help with social distancing. The 38-year old property is approximately 80% occupied. Gagliano said tenants represent a variety of industries, including finance, insurance and healthcare. He declined to release of terms of Enthalpy’s lease, but according to CoStar date, the average rental rate at the property is $19 per sf.
