Source: Colorado Real Estate Journal, August 5, 2020, p. 6. Why Weight leased 1,887 square feet of office space at the Ken Caryl Executive Plaza at 10268 W. Centennial Rd. in Littleton from landlord BridleDale LLC. Mike Haley and John Becker of Fuller Real Estate were brokers in the transaction.

Under a five-year lease, the tenant will bring its weight-loss service business to the space. It will pay $20 per sf in monthly rent payments. According to Becker, at the time of signing, the building was 85% occupied by other tenants representing industries, including property management, dentistry and physical therapy. Two suites remain vacant at the property.

The three-story, Class B office building is located near many surrounding retailers and restaurants, including Burger King, Arbys, Safeway, Kohl’s and a variety of national banks.
