LITTLETON – Toll Brothers Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., acquired 77 acres in Littleton, where it plans to develop residential and commercial space. The buyer purchased the land for $15 million from sellers Santa Fe Park LLC and Santa Fe Vista LLC, entities owned by member of the K.C. Ensor Family. The land comprises four contiguous parcels on the west side of South Santa Fe Drive, just south of West Mineral Drive. Bob Leino and Andrew Dodgen of Fuller Real Estate represented the sellers in the transaction, while the buyer went unrepresented. According to the Fuller team, Toll Brothers Homes plans to develop approx. 400 townhomes, approx. 335 multi-family apartments, and approx. 30,000 sf of retail and commercial space. The development will be completed in phases, with the first anticipated to commence the year.
