(Colorado Real Estate Journal, February 20, 2019) A 12,319-square-foot office building in Evergreen sold for $1.44 million, or $116.49 per square foot. Highland Renovations North LLC sold the two-story building at 27905 Meadow Drive to 27905 Meadow Drive LLC. The multi-tenant building was fully occupied at the time of the sale. Recent renovations include a new elevator, roof, fire suppression system and updated common area. Office suites offer private decks with views, and the property has quick access to Colorado Highway 74. Fuller Real Estate brokers Mike Haley and John Becker represented the seller in the transaction. Mark Brand of Black Label Real Estate represented the buyer.
