The buyer purchased the properties from seller 10210 W. 26th Ave. LLC and 10220-30 W. 26th Ave. LLC. Mike Haley of Fuller Real Estate represented the seller while Steve King of Re/Max Alliance on Walnut represented the buyer. The properties comprise the buildings at 20210 and 20220-300 W. 26th Ave. The building at 10210, built in 1973 ad renovated in 2017, comprises 10 fully leased apartment units. The building has a new roof, new hot water heater and a new water booster pump. It also features two commercial units. Each apartment is separately metered for electric utilities and includes a range, refrigerator, and stackable washer and dryer. The property at 10220-30 features a mix of residential and commercial tenants. It includes commercial space, three apartments and two houses.
