(Source: Colorado Real Estate Journal, April 1-14, 2020, p. 8) Center Land Properties purchased a 20,320 SF medical office building at 5730 Ward Road in Arvada for $2.7 million. Rocky Mountain Primary Care Group is among tenants at the property, which was 88% occupied at the time of sale. Nirvana Properties LLC was the seller. Remington Homes is building a residential neighborhood to the east of the building, and the property received significant activity from investors, said Alex Scott of Fuller Real Estate, who represent- ed the seller with Fuller’s Mike Haley and John Becker. The building was built in 1985.
