About Me

Mr. Clark entered the real estate profession in 1972 and has been advising a nationwide network of clients on all aspects of real estate investments for the past 39 years. He joined Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in 1988 as an investment broker. In 1994, Mr. Clark moved to Fuller Real Estate where he specialized in the sale and acquisition of a wide variety of office, retail and industrial investment properties throughout the western United States. During his years at Fuller; Cary closed more than $200 million in property sales throughout major metropolitan areas as well as middle market environments in Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Illinois, Oklahoma and Idaho. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to effectively market properties on his clients’ behalf in sizes ranging from large properties of more than $14 million to smaller properties priced under $2 million, and as a buyer’s representative, he has effectively guided and represented his clients in the acquisition of similar sized investment properties.
