DENVER – Fuller Real Estate, Denver’s first commercial real estate firm, announced changes in leadership today, citing technology, company culture and client service as its strategic focus as the firm repositions itself to take on what company founder John E. Fuller describes as a “bullish and diverse Denver commercial real estate market.”
Tanner Fanello has been named president of Fuller Real Estate. Tanner previously served as a vice president with the firm and brings more than 15 years of experience in management and business development. His specialty areas include industrial real estate sales, property leasing and commercial land development.
Brian Baker has been named executive vice president of Fuller Real Estate. Brian has served as a vice president with the firm and has more than 10 years of professional sales and leadership experience. He is a native of Denver and has been the firm’s top producing broker for the past two years.
Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker are now in position to succeed CEO John Fuller, Jr. and COO Burt Fuller. John and Burt will be stepping back from day-to-day leadership responsibilities, but will continue in an advisory role along with the company’s founder and chairman John E. Fuller. “What a thrill it has been to help build one of the greatest cities in the world,” remarked John E. Fuller. “Denver has a fabulous future ahead, and Tanner and Brian are poised to take Fuller Real Estate to the next level.”
Tanner and Brian share Fuller’s prediction of a bullish Denver market, citing industry diversification and the unique geography as drivers of the city’s continued growth.
“We are at a pivotal point in the Denver commercial real estate market,” said Tanner. “Denver’s business landscape is expanding, and this demand is being met with an equally diverse workforce. When you combine strong market dynamics with a gorgeous mountain terrain, you can see why there is such tremendous opportunity ahead for Colorado.”
Technology will also be a major factor in the firm’s ongoing growth strategy. “We have access to tools and information that are transforming the real estate buying experience,” continued Tanner. “This has and will continue to be a priority across our business.”
Above all else, Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker plan to continue the firm’s focus on high-touch client service, community involvement and a close-knit company culture. Like the company founder, they are both active in philanthropy and supporting local causes.
“John [Fuller] and the team are pioneers. They built an amazing company with a strong reputation for doing things the right way,” Brian commented. “We will continue these traditions, building an atmosphere where employees love their work and give back to the community.”
“Excellent communication and a good work ethic are what sustain our client relationships,” concluded Tanner. “We listen closely to our clients to understand their real estate goals, and we have a cohesive, engaged team that will always act in their best interests.”
