Centennial Road for five years from landlord Bizu Ltd. LLC. The company will occupy approximately two-thirds of the building. Roughly one-third of Fenix Lighting’s space is comprised of office space, the remaining being warehouse space. The 2.08-acre property features 18.5- to 19.5-foot clear heights, two dock-high doors, 3-phase power, a 1.8:1,000 sf parking ratio, showers with lockers, a kitchen, a c o n f e re n c e room and an electric car charging station, according to a listing
