(Source: Colorado Real Estate Journal, April 1-14, 2020 p. 24) A 6.26 Acre property with five buildings totally approximately 15,000 square feet sold for $2 million dollars. The owner of LID Landscapes bought the property at 26 S. Sunset Street from Lawson Construction Co., a transportation concrete facilities contractor that is planning a new facility in the Longmont area. LID plans to relocate from Boulder, and Lawson leased back a portion of the space that it will occupy as it’s new facility is completed, said Tanner Fanello of Fuller Real Estate. Fanello, and Brian Baker, also of Fuller, represented the Seller. Jim Ditzel of Summit Commercial Brokers represented the Buyer.
