The vacancy rate was down over the previous quarter, with net absorption totaling positive 2,647,889 square feet in the fourth quarter. Vacant sublease space decreased in the quarter, ending the quarter at 674,268 square feet. Rental rates ended the fourth quarter at $9.34, an increase over the previous quarter. A total of 14 buildings delivered to the market in the quarter totaling 1,687,901 square feet, with 6,442,785 square feet still under construction at the end of the quarter.
